Four Seasons at Palm Springs

This is the only true 55+ community within Palm Springs' borders, but it's absolutely stunning. Much like the chain of Four Seasons hotels around the world, this gated community of the same name is extremely well maintained and embodies luxury at its finest. The 477 single-family homes inside the gates come in seven different floor plans, ranging from around 1,900 square feet up to nearly 3,000 square feet. These contemporary homes feature attractive Mediterranean-style roof tiles and are surrounded by perfectly sized front and back yards, not to mention the breathtaking mountain views. Inside, you'll find granite countertops, sparkling flooring, and the latest upscale appliances. Most homes also have attached multi-car garages.

The amenities at Palm Springs Four Seasons are first class. The club house is wonderfully designed and is located near the swimming pool, gym, salon, and spa. These homes were built in the early 2000s and range from about 1,000 square feet to upwards of 3,000 square feet with over three dozen floor plans to choose from. These course are truly among the top championship courses in the entire valley, let alone Palm Desert. Located in the heart of La Quinta, which is about a 30-minute drive from Palm Springs, the Trilogy community is near the Santa Rosa Mountains. This allows home owners to have great views of this scenic mountain range and a close proximity to a series of excellent hiking trails. The floor plans of the one-story houses in Trilogy are between 1,300 and 2,800 square feet. Interior features include high ceilings, spacious granite island kitchens, crown moldings, and extra flex rooms. The patios and backyards on most of these homes are also quite large, and all homes come with attached multi-car garages.
