However, it's also considered by many as a museum of sorts for a variety of architectural styles including Spanish revival and California ranch among the mid-century icons.

The community is located just a few blocks south of Downtown Palm Springs and is quite close to some of the best shopping and dining in the city. Much like the rest of Palm Springs, Tahquitz River Estates is friendly, walkable, and safe.

Many homeowners enjoy spending time outdoors, and the neighborhood is conveniently close to some of the most beautiful desert hiking trails in the area.
